Words like ideal weight charts and weight charts and weight loss charts mean different things to different people; that is why I have a page here of more charts, just in case these charts and graphs were what you were looking for. After all, All of these charts are designed to help you get your ideal weight, so why couldn't you call them ideal weight charts.
