world. Sometimes you will have to guess; sometimes you will have to ask

that specific restaurant on the web before you go to eat. It is always
best to go right to the site of the restaurant, because they
are always changing their menus. Make up your mind what you
want to eat before you go out. I found these two

In its March issue, Health magazine named the Top Ten Healthiest Fast-Food Retaurants. It looked at the 100 largest chains based on number of locations, and scored each on factors such as use of healthy fats, sodium counts, availability of nutritional information and use of organic products.
