Well Rounded Weight Training Log

The Weight Training Log below is a well rounded form. It should help you to remember to work on lifting weights (building muscle) and in cardio (losing weight and building endurance) and steaching (making sure that you remain limber.) This chart is a good reminder that there are no magic bullets. If you think this chart is for you and you want to print it, you may find the pdf version easier to print: Weight Training Log (PDF)

The important thing with a log is that you get in the habit of keeping up with your time spent in exercise and other healthy activities such as yoga. A journal gives you flexibility, but a training log sheet is easier to use and will get you in the habit quicker.
