book tells you how to change for
life so that you can live the life you want. It is the kind of diet
book that talks about motivation. It is a motivational diet book.
Bob Greene starts off by describing
the major road blocks to weight loss and achieving that ideal weight,
then he goes about giving you a
plan to either destroy or go around those road blocks. Bob
already
has many great best selling get fit and weight loss books.
Most of
the other books are either true fitness, diet or diet cookbook type of
books. In this book, Bob goes outside of his realm of
expertise and calls upon a
psychologist, Ann Kearney-Cooke and a nutritionist, Janis Jibrin to
help him help us get to the root cause of why we can not get motivated
to do what we need to do. Because we are all different, there
is no magic pill here, but if you can find yourself being described
here a light may just go on that says that is how I motivate myself to
get the life I want. After all you know what the life you want
looks like. You just have to get all those short term desires and
