Four Set Weight Training Chart

This four set weight training chart is just one example of a weight lifting training chart. Most People tend to do about 3 sets during a workout but the other column is there just in case. The most important thing to do is to make sure you take a chart with you every time you go. One gym I used to go to always supplied these weight training charts and kept your old charts on file. When weight lifting on a regular basis it is important to know what you last lifted, because your goal is to lift a little more each time. Of course if you hurt yourself the last time you will want to back off for a while, so keep records of what causes troubles also.

You can highlight the chart below and print it or as most people prefer to print from pdf. Four Set Weight Training Chart .pdf
