Free Weight Lifting Tips


The most important free weight lifting tip is to just do it.  Weather you are trying to lose weight or gain weight, weight lifting can help.  Of course like anything else, there can be to much of a good thing, but for 99.999% of the people in the industrialized world weight lifting is going to improve your body.  Start out slow and use the right form. Do a variety of the right exercises.  As a matter of fact first suggestion would be:

I would say get a coach, but that may cost too much.  Also, some people treat coaches like teachers are treated in schools. They expect the coach or teacher to do all of the work for them. Maybe that is why coaches are strong and teachers are smart.
