What is a Low Calorie Foods List? It is really pretty simple. It is mostly fresh fruit, vegetables, and lean cuts of meat with a few basic carbs thrown in for a balanced diet. It is very similar to the negative calorie foods list except for the added carbs which should be eaten in moderation. In this low calorie foods list,the items printed in black are from the negative calorie foods list. The list is very similar to a shopping list from before about 1970. Simple can be best.
