Sesame oil is a resonalbly healthy cooking oil made from sesemae seeds.  Even though it is healthy too much of a good thing will still make you gain weight.  An average of 1 tablespoon a day when trying to lose weight should be enough.  If you are getting fats and oils from other sources you will not need this much.

One thing you will notice about this chart is that there are little vitamins and minerals left after processing the oil. Why not eat sesame seeds and get some oil that way. The sesame will have more nutrition.  The good thing about sesame seeds is that a little go a long way so there is not much chance of eating too many.
