Calories in Sardine Oil

One thing you will notice about this chart is that there are few vitamins and minerals left after processing the oil. Why not just eat sardines and get some oil that way. The sardines will have more protein and nutrition.  Be careful though; I know that too much fish will put the weight on you and me both. Also be careful as to what kind of oil the sardines are packed in. Sardines are also a good source of  calcium, because you are basically eating real small bones.
