You have probably heard of an exercise and weight loss program for men called the
adonis effect. They use the following ratios to determine the pefect body:
waist/height | .447 |
shoulder/waist | 1.618 |
To
use this chart:
Start with your height and multiply
by .447 to get your ideal waist.
Multiply your waist by 1.618
to get your ideal shoulder mesurements.
Example:
If
you are 5'10" that is 70 inches.
70 x .447 = 31.29 inch waist.
31.29
inch waist X 1.618 = 50.62 inch shoulders.
